These are bladder tanks designed to fit in UAV wings ( triangular shape ) or fuselages ( cylindrical shape ).
These tanks are available in the following size:
25 liters fuselage ( rectangular 60 cm by 50 cm )
20 liters fuselage ( rectangular 60 cm by 45 cm )
15 liters fuselage ( rectangular 50 cm by 40 cm )
10 liters fuselage ( rectangular 45 cm by 35 cm )
3 liters fuselage ( rectangular 40 cm by 20 cm )
20 liters wing ( triangular 60 cm by 50 cm )
15 liters wing ( triangular 50 cm by 40 cm )
10 liters wing ( triangular 40 cm by 30 cm )
5 liters wing ( triangular 40 cm by 20 cm )
They are designed to work as a non vented/ air-free system.
Here is a view of the 15 liter wing unit once fully fuelled.
They comprise of the following:
1 large aluminum fuel manifold inlet port, fed by an air separator filter ( up to 20 mm output port for fast jettissoning ).
1 smaller fuel fill/ air bubbles drain port. This port is connected to a dual loop air breather tube system that collects the air bubbles during the air purging sequence of the fuel fill.
